About Greg AngleA hospital administrator with expertise in all areas of healthcare management, Gregory Angle brings nearly 30 years of experience to his role as the Chief Executive Officer of the Los Robles Regional Medical Center. Located in Thousand Oaks, California, the 369-bed acute care hospital offers residents of Los Angeles and Ventura counties comprehensive in-patient and outpatient services. As CEO, Mr. Angle is responsible for setting the vision for the organization, developing strategies for the execution of plans, overseeing programs and policies for daily operations, and long-term planning. Current projects at Los Robles Hospital include the construction of 90 new patient-care rooms and the opening of a comprehensive Outpatient Imaging Center. The hospital is also implementing endoscopic ultrasound, digital biplane angiography, and a robotic surgery program.
Prior to accepting the challenges and growth opportunities at Los Robles Hospital, Gregory Angle oversaw the fast-growing Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tucson, Arizona. During his tenure at St. Joseph’s, he oversaw significant improvements, including the construction of a $60 million patient tower, the establishment of the Carondelet Neurological Institute, and the development of programs for weight loss surgery, treatment of sleep disorders, and other medical problems. In Tucson, colleagues and industry peers elected Gregory Angle to the Boards of the Arizona Healthcare and Hospital Association, Tucson Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, and the Southwest Catholic Health Network. Gregory Angle first served Carondelet Health Network as the Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Carondelet St. Mary’s Hospital in Tucson. The 390-bed hospital benefited from his leadership, which produced financial results that exceeded budget expectations five years in a row. During Mr. Angle's tenure, patient and physician satisfaction also increased, clinical quality improved, and the hospital developed a new, state-of-the-art emergency department. A member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Gregory Angle earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arizona and his Master of Health Services Administration from Arizona State University. |
